Your 6 or 12-week programme will combine a fusion of evidence-based science and methodology with a wave of positive, supportive energy. Together we will explore mindsets and create new habits, making real changes to the way you think, eat, and live.

Before our initial consultation, I will ask you to complete and return a comprehensive questionnaire including questions on your current lifestyle and diet, health concerns, and end goals.

  • Individual 60-minute consultation to understand your health journey, lifestyle, and goals. Together we will review your nutrition so that I can inspire you to eat and live with balance.

  • Tailored nutrition plan giving the tools to achieve your healthy body weight, habit changing, or specific fitness performance goals.

  • Handouts to support you in creating sustainable change

  • Motivation, support, bespoke nutrition, and recipe ideas as required

  • Follow-up consultations to discuss your experience and review your progress, support, and motivation .

Postnatal classes that ease new mums into safe and progressive exercise.

Move, nourish & support your body

Happy Mamma Package

Designed to support women on their new health journey taking into account pregnancy,  delivery, individual history and goals. We will work on:

  • optimal exercises for core and pelvic floor recovery

  • modified training for diastasis recti or pelvic floor problems

  • resistance training to help rebuild and strengthen postnatally

  • nutrition and lifestyle plan to meet individual health goals
