We break down misinformation around food, remove barriers and restore healthy relationships between food and body. We practice no fad-diets and work together to find ways of thinking, eating and moving that empower for the long-term.
After delving into your history, journey and personal goals, I arm you with clear knowledge and a firm understanding of what your body needs to thrive. We focus on nutrition, health coaching, fitness or a unique fusion of all three to meet your goals, building the foundations of a lifelong health journey.
I am an evidence-based nutrition coach, personal trainer specialising in strength training, endurance and pre and post-natal, a behavioural change coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner with over 15 years of experience transforming clients health. Our approach is science-led, practical, and tailored to each client. Perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, from those who dread exercise to those who already thrive on it, and those retuning to it for example from pregnancy or injury. HBHM offers personalised nutrition, lifestyle and exercise programmes which promise real reward. We’re here to help people think well, eat well and live well.
