Before I met Sam I was running on sugar, had energy dips, and often felt shaky and jittery. “As a male I found it daunting to find somebody that could help me achieve my health goals, thankfully the process with Sam has been great. She really listened to me, used her nutrition and health experience, and combined psychology and mindset coaching to create a plan with which I could work. Some of the realisations I made were quite emotional and powerful, working with somebody who was comfortable with this has been key to me being able to make week-on-week changes. Reduced my weight by 5 kg.
Reduced my blood pressure enough to enable my GP to reduce my medication in half, with my GP and Sam we are now working towards removing medication entirely because of dietary and lifestyle changes.

One of the biggest breakthroughs I have had is in my change of mindset . I feel fitter, I feel lighter, I feel stronger, my knees do not hurt so much if at all. My legs feel strong my health is good in general. I sleep better. I enjoy making my own meals, and buying my own food to prepare, make and drink smoothies in the morning.
