Sports Nutrition
You deserve the best nutrition to fuel your active lifestyle, we work with you to create a personalised plan to help you achieve your fitness goals and optimise your performance. We use evidence-based knowledge to create tailored practical plans for each individual client. Sport specialisms include strength training, running, cycling and endurance sports.
Gut and digestive health
Personalised plans to support with gut or digestion symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, gas, or changes in bowel habits such as diarrhoea, constipation, or alternating between the two. We provide guidance and support on IBS, Diverticulitis and Coeliac Disease ensuring that nutrition is balanced and nutrient-rich, whilst addressing any emotional factors such as stress and anxiety which may contribute to symptoms.
