Recipe

This is a straightforward recipe to make a drink for any time of the day to support hydration. As an electrolyte, I use this drink to support sport and movement, or for morning hydration:

  • 16 oz warm water

  • juice 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt OR 1/4 tsp. trace mineral drops

  • 1/2-1 tsp. ground/fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
