Berry Coconut Water Smoothie.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons warm water
2 cups frozen berries (such as any supermarket frozen Berry Mix with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
3/4 cup Yogurt Alternative (coconut, almond, soya all taste great and give a brilliant protein boost in the morning)
1 cup coconut water (source of minerals and natural electrolyte replenishing hydration levels)
1 banana
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together in blender container on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to glasses and enjoy! Garnish with granola and fresh berries if you want a larger meal
Try without the yogurt on a hot day or after exercise for a refreshing, cooling, hydrating berry drink.
