Berry Coconut Water Smoothie.

A vegan smoothie made with dairy free, hydrating coconut milk, five different types of antioxidant-rich berries and blended with dairy-free yogurt alternative.  Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan

Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons warm water

  • 2 cups frozen berries (such as any supermarket frozen Berry Mix with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

  • 3/4 cup Yogurt Alternative (coconut, almond, soya all taste great and give a brilliant protein boost in the morning)

  • 1 cup coconut water (source of minerals and natural electrolyte replenishing hydration levels)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1.                  Blend all ingredients together in blender container on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

2.                  Transfer to glasses and enjoy! Garnish with granola and fresh berries if you want a larger meal

Try without the yogurt on a hot day or after exercise for a refreshing, cooling, hydrating berry drink.
