Fresh Green Energy Boost

Cheers! An easy and healthy start to the day nourishing the gut, immune system and skin - no expensive shop bought juices required!

All you need is a blender to make this beautiful emerald, green juice.

Green Juice Ingredients

  • 1 handful washed baby spinach leaves.

  • ½ handful washed kale leaves

  • 2-3 stalks of celery add a subtle saltiness.

  • Finger length cucumber. Key as the main source of liquid in this recipe

  • Fresh Ginger. Spicy zing and anti-inflammatory benefits

  • Lime Juice. Liven up the flavours.

  • 1-2 apples balancing the other flavours and providing liquid and natural sweetness.

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend for about 3 minutes, or until it’s smooth. Adding the cucumber first, so it’s closest to the blades, will help it blend easier. 

  • Chill and serve. Transfer the juice to the fridge until it’s cold. Then, pour into a glass and enjoy! If the juice turns a bit brown its due to the apples oxidizing and is still good to drink!
